Midnight Bloom 2 (20”x 30”or 51 x 76cm) is an energetic floral painting with bright and bold expressive colours and gestural marks in a palette that has become unique to Susan’s floral work.

It was begun out on my front verandah amidst my blooming garden in autumn where it captured a joyful and bright vibes of the warmer seasons. It has been completed in my studio during the winter months, it’s dark and moody background capture the darkness of the season and contrasting beautifully with the bright pops of floral colour.

This signature ‘Floral Abstract’ is one of the most highly sought after styles of Susan’s work as it adds a vibrant, uplifting energy to any room.

This mixed media painting on gallery-depth canvas is created with the finest quality acrylic paint and pastels. It is fixed and varnished and ready to hang either as it is or float framed. Please note that this interior mock-up is not exactly to scale and is unframed.
